Return Terms & Conditions
NizeeMart shall reserve the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. The customer shall not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return. In the case a product is declined for a return request at any stage, we will make two (2) attempts to deliver the product back to the customer.
You can return items shipped from NizeeMart within 7 days (1 week) of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Note: We will not accept the return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us. This includes items which were not originally purchased from ZahaMart. In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items. We can only provide a refund with respect to correct items which are returned in accordance with our policies. Any item which you send or return to ZahaMart cannot be shipped or otherwise returned to you.
How to return
When returning an item, it is needed to include any accessories, branded boxes or cases that came with the order. If anything is damaged or missing from the return, the refund may not be refunded.
Steps to do request the return:
1. Go to Orders
2. Find the order you want to return, and click refund
3. Select each item and reason for returning.
Prepare your return:
1- Place the item inside the boxes or cases that came with the order.
2- Attach your return label to the outside of packaging, if you are returning multiple items that arrived in separate boxes, please package them the same way they arrived with the new return label.
3- If you received a Return Note with your order, attach it to the outside of your package.
4- Give the Waybill Doc to the courier. Make a note of the AWB number to track your return.
Local and International Returns
For both local and international returns, the customer will be provided with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to return the item to the company's warehouse. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the customer's original payment method.
Refund Process
Once the return has been received to relevant warehouse (seller or ours), it can take up to 6 calendar days to process. When the return has been accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any delivery cost.

Consumables products, Audio, Books, Gift Cards & E Vouchers, Stationary & Office Supplies, Music & Music instruments are not returnable, also any product marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. Below table is specify the return policy by category.

Beauty and Health1-Hair and personal care, vitamins-dietary supplements and sports nutrition products are not eligible for return. 2-Beauty (Cosmetics, Skin Care, etc.), fragrances and Health products that are opened or used will not be accepted.
Jewellery, Luggage, Handbags & Watches1-Footwear, eyewear, watches, bags & luggage must be returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact.
Fashion1-Apparels such as underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bra, socks & tights are not eligible for return. 2-Apparel products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging.
Home & KitchenFurniture and large home appliances are not eligible for return. 1-Home decor products are accepted for return only if the product is unopened, free from any damage and must be in the original packaging. 2-Unwrapped bedding products will not be accepted for return. 3-Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed will not be accepted unless they are defective.
Sports & Outdoors1-Products eligible for return can be returned only if the product is not used and is in the original packaging.
Toys & Games1-1-Dressing up costumes are non-returnable 2-Toys and Games that are used, activated or missing parts will not be accepted for return3-You can return unopened video games for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.
Baby Products1-Hygiene-related products, feeding & training accessories, diapers and accessories, bath care, and medical treatment products are not eligible for return. 2-Baby products eligible for return must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
Grocery1-All Grocery items are non-returnable.
Automotive1-The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened. 2-If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect. 3-If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too.
Tools & Home Improvement1-The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.) 2-Any item which is used or damaged will not be accepted for return.
Books1-Books that are eligible for return will only be accepted if unused, not torn, or damaged, and in their original condition.
Pet Supplies1-Products that are eligible for a return, unused, and in the original packaging can be returned. It must be in the same condition as the customer received it. 2-Perishable goods such as food treats and supplements cannot be returned.
